Muni (Dr. Monica Gupta) is a Psychologist who is working with organisations globally as an Executive Assessor & Coach for last three decades. Her passion however, is spirituality and she has started a Spiritual School in Pune to impart basic spiritual and mind education highly necessary to live a stress and anxiety free life. She actively teaches Kriya Yoga to those inclined spiritually and individually supports advanced seekers. She also teaches Vedanta.

Silent Wisdom Spiritual School is based in Pune, conducting both offline and online sessions. All offerings are free of charge but payment is expected in form of sincerity to learn, and acting on the teachings.
