What is a Retreat?

A retreat is a time out, a space for yourself to introspect, conduct deeper enquiry into your self, a time to take a break and re-evaluate your goals and priorities, a time to unlearn, a time for solitude.

A meditation retreat is a time you spend alone or with other spiritual seekers under the guidance of a mentor, where you reflect through specific practices like spiritual teachings, guided meditation, chanting, contemplation, silence and discussions.  You recognise your conditioning, let go of old beliefs and ideas that are not serving you anymore, and learn to live with new understanding.

Sacred Womb Retreat

Screenshot 2022-09-09 at 2.33.54 PM.png

Introduction:

Swadhishthana or Sacral chakra is the second Chakra, located between the navel and the pubic bone. It is associated with water, colour orange, has six petals and its symbol is a silver crescent moon. It holds the energy of creation that is unique to each individual. This chakra impacts the sexual organs, emotions, desires and has a strong link to our mothers' womb. A healthy sacral chakra allows for healthy sexuality, sound relationships, balanced emotional health and creativity. A blocked sacral chakra creates resentment, lower back issues, menstrual issues, fertility problems, emotional instability and depression.

What is Sacred Womb?

We women are powerful creatures who have been gifted with a womb. Womb is our vessel for creation. Our wombs are receiving centres for energy...whether in the form of a baby, an inspiration, intuition, an idea or ability to connect with others. Without our womb functioning properly, we lack clarity and our power is limited. Womb can create life and magic, and it can also create sorrow, anxiety and depression. By healing our sacral chakra, we heal our womb and unblock our innate potential that not only allows us to enjoy our life, but also opens doors for our spiritual journey and higher purpose of life.

Purpose of this retreat:

Heal your womb

Heal your mother and grandmothers' womb

Deal with any sexual trauma you may have faced
Clear trauma and emotional blocks

Restore balance in Swadhishthana Chakra

Open possibilities for higher purpose in life

Who can attend?

All women who are menstruating, having emotional issues, lower back issues and finding it difficult to make spiritual progress.
