Time Out, Time In

Retreats

A retreat is a space for yourself: to introspect, to conduct a deeper enquiry into your self, to take a break and re-evaluate your goals and priorities, to unlearn, and to sit in solitude. You reflect through spiritual teachings, guided meditation, chanting, contemplation and discussion, recognise your conditioning, and learn to live with new understanding.
